#Project365 - Weekly Round Up 5/52

I have had an awful week this week and have been really poorly, I even managed to pass my illness onto the boys! We are all lots better now and looking forward to getting back to normal this week.
I still managed to take a photo a day, which I am quite proud of. I know some of you couldn't see my photos very well in the collage so I have dumped them this week.

Day 26
I woke up this morning with an incredibly sore throat and a terrible fever, I spent most of the day in bed and my little Niece Faith was visiting and came to keep me company in bed.

Day 27

David insisted I go to the Doctors today, he had to help me take the short 5 minute walk round as the Doctor doesn't do house calls. IT felt like it took an hour and I nearly fainted twice, I have never felt so poorly. The doctor said I had acute pharyngitis, which is basically tonsillitis. I had my tonsils removed when I was 11 so my glands were infected and covered in puss.

Day 28
I took the picture but for some reason it didn't share on my facebook or twitter, it also has vanished on my off my phone! It is on instagram though but I cant copy it so you can click here to see it. Its only a picture off my out of bed for the first time since Saturday!

Day 29

I spent today playing with Cody, after being ill I really missed sitting and playing. We sat and played with his Tonka Town Fire and Police stations, he really loves imaginative play.

Day 30
Today was a day filled with phone calls from school. First to say Logan had been acting up which is really unlike him lately. Then another to say we would have to get Dayton after school as normal as he was to poorly to go to his after school club. David went to pick them both up and taking 1 look at them it was obvious something was wring! A trip to the doctors confirmed that they both had acute tonsillitis! Bad mummy passing on her diseases, we left with a prescription of antibiotics and pain relief for them both.

Day 31
Skye brought home this lovely card from school toady that she made during school time. They have been discovering all about Chinese new year this week and doing lots of fun arts and craft and trying new foods.

Day 32
Asda delivered my food shopping today as usual, we normally keep the fruit in the fridge but I noticed it was only me eating it. So I decided to put it all in the fruit bowl on the dining table! Made me realise we need a bigger bowl.

Thank you for all your lovely comments on last weeks post and I am sorry that I didn't get round to many of you as you can see it was a bit of a difficult week. I promise to try harder this week.

  10. I guess the only plus is that getting all these illnesses whilst you're young helps build up the immune systems for later life. And the kids will pick up anything and everything as they mix with new children year in year out at school, so you've still got lots of it to come, but you'll get through it, we all do :)

  17. Oh dear another mummy and children who've been poorly. So glad you're all on the mend.
You definitely need a bigger bowl!! I agree with leaving fruit out where you can pass it and grab some to eat. It gets forgotten in the fridge.
