So yesterday I completed day 2 of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, it was just as hard as the first days class but I puffed and panted my way through it.
By the evening my muscle were screaming and I felt like I had done 10 rounds in a boxing ring. I found if I sat down for more than 10 minutes it made the aches worse and being up and about helped ease the pain.
I am taking the pain as an indication that its working, I juts hope it gets easier some time soon.
I have just completed day3, well I say completed!! I had to take lots of breaks today, I just couldn't keep up! I wanted to turn it off completely today and felt like reaching through the TV and shaking Jillian. I still managed to get through to the end of the dvd.
My thighs ache, my calf's ache, my tummy hurts and my arms feel like lead.
I feel like a pensioner lol
Someone please tell me its gets easier, I feel so defeated today and am dreading tomorrow already.
