Review & Giveaway - Popagami

I'm always looking out for new things to keep the kids entertained, especially in the holidays. When I saw Popagami put a shout out for bloggers I emailed straight away. I loved the look of the products and the fact you don't need glue or tape, simply the popagami!
This is what Popagami say about their product

Welcome to the World of Popagami, a new and innovative method of bringing origami into the 21st Century. This is an excellent activity, being both educational and engaging children in play acting. The animals in the pack accompany the book ‘World of Popagami’ so that you can them use the animals in various seasonal games, parties and decorations.

We were sent to Origami Animal Fun Book & pack of 24 designs for the children to have a play with.

The book gives you step by step instructions on how to make your popagami, I personally found it a bot tricky and after several attempts still couldn't successfully make one. In the pack you get 24 full size animal popagami including giraffe, zebra, mouse and tiger. The pages in the instructional booklet are also mini popagami animals.

Logan who the whole time sat by me chuckling away at my failings! I asked him if he could do any better, he assured me he could. He wasn't wrong either, he took his time unlike me and read the instructions. It took him a while, but his persistence unlike mine was admirable.

He actually was quicker than me and got his animal constructed in only 10 minutes, which is fab for a boy with poor concentration and motor skills. He was really proud of himself as was I, he wanted to build another one straight away so he could build a finger puppet theatre. The great thing about popagami is you can buy refill packs so the fun can continue! Its a great talking point to and as its only paper it can be popped into their school bag and is great for the playground. This is a huge benefit for Logan as he struggles socially, so giving him something to talk about will be great.
